Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a Reliability Management System to ensure a structured, consistent, multi-discipline approach to reliability and integrity improvement.
- Coordinate and facilitate Reliability Centered Maintenance and Instrument Protective Function analysis to optimize equipment and system maintenance strategies.
- Introduce Root Cause Analysis techniques and facilitate equipment failure investigations.
- Establish a Reliability, Availability, and Integrity threats database on the common shared server.
- Develop a reliability, availability, and integrity improvement plan in conjunction with Section Heads in the Maintenance Group and the Maintenance Section Heads.
- Participate in the development of engineering and technical solutions to improve the reliability performance of systems and equipment.
- Identify the chronic occurrence of equipment failure modes and components and suggest economical long-term solutions.
- Provide guidelines for carrying out Root Cause Analysis methodology and software, tracking and implementing recommendations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- 8 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Revenues/Budget: As per approved financial budget.
- Direct Reports: As per organization chart.
- Indirect Reports: As per organization chart.
