Senior Engineer, Reliability

About the Role
The purpose of this role is to provide effective Reliability Management Systems and guidance for Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) activities. This role involves analyzing equipment performance, failure data, and corrective maintenance history to ensure that a structured Reliability Process is established and maintained, thus enhancing the reliability and integrity of systems and equipment.

Job Specific Accountabilities

• Develop and implement a Reliability Management System to ensure a structured, consistent, multi-discipline approach to reliability and integrity improvement.
• Coordinate and facilitate Reliability Centered Maintenance and Instrument Protective Function analysis to optimize equipment and system maintenance strategies.
• Introduce Root Cause Analysis techniques and facilitate equipment failure investigations.
• Establish a Reliability, Availability, Integrity threats database on the common shared server.
• Develop reliability, availability, and integrity improvement plans in conjunction with Section Heads in the Maintenance Group and Maintenance Section Heads.
• Participate in the development of engineering and technical solutions to improve the reliability performance of systems and equipment.
• Identify the chronic occurrence of equipment failure modes and components and suggest economical long-term solutions.
• Provide guidelines for carrying out Root Cause Analysis methodology and software, and track and implement the recommendations.

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills

• 8 years of experience.
• Revenues/Budget: As per approved financial budget.

• Indirect Reports: As per organization chart.
