Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a positive SRE culture promoting frequent releases, high levels of automation, and software reliability.
- Lead and troubleshoot high-priority incidents impacting the organization, providing timely support for Linux-based systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to propose, architect, and implement innovative solutions.
- Design and enable automated change, release, and upgrade management practices.
- Advocate for SRE practices to improve availability and predict disruptive events.
- Analyze service performance and provide measurable improvement plans.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers by understanding their business needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in DevOps Operations and deployment.
- Proficient in Public Cloud (specifically Azure), Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, and Python.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Helm) and CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, ArgoCD).
- Experience with big data technologies such as Elasticsearch and Hadoop.
- At least 3 years of architectural knowledge and understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Knowledge of databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Strong scripting skills in Shell and Python.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, and Zabbix.
