Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of reliable, scalable, and automated solutions to support CI/CD pipelines and core infrastructure.
- Foster a positive SRE culture focusing on automation, observability, frequent releases, and high reliability.
- Troubleshoot high-priority incidents and provide timely support to resolve critical issues.
- Design, implement, and manage observability solutions for application performance and infrastructure health.
- Collaborate with internal teams to propose, architect, and implement innovative solutions.
- Leverage Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Helm for managing containerized workloads.
- Architect and implement scalable solutions across cloud and on-premise infrastructures, focusing on Azure.
- Manage 24/7 on-call support and improve service availability and scalability through tuning and automation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevOps processes.
- Proven expertise in Linux administration, Kubernetes (including OpenShift), Helm, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
- Experience with constructing observability pipelines using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
- At least 3 years of experience in architectural understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
