We are seeking a meticulous and expert Senior Engineer - Site Reliability to develop and support a delivery model that empowers our product and technology teams in the development of high-quality products. You will play a key role in defining and establishing the methodology used in advancing next-gen analytics solutions and services at Presight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive scope definition, specification, and architecture for services within the CI/CD pipeline.
- Foster a positive SRE culture that promotes frequent releases, high automation levels, and software reliability.
- Lead and troubleshoot high-priority incidents, providing timely support.
- Analyze application patterns to enhance service level objectives and integrate self-service and resiliency patterns.
- Continuously improve CI/CD principles and service maturity through iterative reviews.
- Propose, architect, and implement innovative solutions with internal teams.
- Design and enable automated change, release, and upgrade management processes.
- Ensure compliance with defined IT governance controls, standards, and practices.
- Analyze service performance and identify bottlenecks for measurable improvements.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer-related matters, cultivating trusted advisor relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps processes.
- Proficiency in Cloud, Linux, Kubernetes, and Python is a must; Azure or similar public cloud experience is required.
- At least 3 years of experience with architectural knowledge of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
