The Senior Engineering Manager will lead our Frontend software development teams, overseeing the creation of user interfaces for complex applications. This role entails collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver intuitive and scalable solutions. The successful candidate will manage high-quality, secure frontend-based services, ensuring the team meets technical objectives in alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of frontend and fullstack engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Participate in system architecture design, scalable delivery, and performance optimization, alongside implementing best development practices.
- Own the technical direction and delivery of complex user interface projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and prioritize features.
- Ensure high standards for code quality and guide the team in implementing best practices in UI architecture and engineering.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and ensure adherence to DevOps best practices.
- Engage with the blockchain community and represent the company at industry events.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong background in frontend development and fullstack technologies.
- 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven experience in delivering complex, high-quality user interfaces at scale, preferably in SaaS or web applications.
- Deep technical expertise in scalable, fault-tolerant software systems and modern frontend technologies (e.g., React, TypeScript).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, particularly in staking services.
- Experience in blockchain protocols (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum) and community engagement.
