You will oversee acquisition and engagement efforts across the company’s website and mobile signup experiences, focusing on optimizing user engagement while maintaining a sustainable technical foundation. Your work will span creating landing experiences, developing reusable components for our content platform, and experimenting to enhance visibility, conversion, and user engagement. There will be significant opportunities to expand the company’s reach through search engine optimization (SEO) and emerging AI-driven channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and empower engineering teams to optimize user acquisition and engagement experiences on web and mobile platforms.
- Own key funnel outcomes including organic traffic, return visits, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Analytics, and Marketing teams to design and implement data-driven experiments.
- Provide architectural guidance and participate in critical technical decisions.
- Build and extend reusable front-end components and content management systems for growth.
- Enhance the company’s reach through SEO and web performance improvements while ensuring engineering excellence.
Work Conditions:
- Fully remote position with team members located in over 70 countries.
- Ability to work in a distributed environment.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is expected, with the ability to engage in a multilingual team where over 50 languages are spoken.
Skills Required:
- Experience leading multiple engineering teams in acquisition, engagement, or growth.
- Strong technical knowledge of React and front-end architecture.
- Capability to contribute to architectural, performance, and implementation decisions.
- Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and analytics.
