As the Senior Engineering Manager, you will play a crucial role in our Growth teams, which are tasked with attracting and engaging users within the company ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the engineering teams that create user experiences across our website and mobile platforms, focusing on landing pages and signup flows designed to convert curiosity into ongoing engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple engineering teams to enhance user acquisition and engagement before sign-up.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Analytics, and Marketing to develop engaging and data-driven user experiences.
- Oversee initiatives aimed at improving organic traffic, return visits, and the conversion rate from visitors to active users.
- Provide architectural guidance, participate in design reviews, and make critical technical decisions.
- Advance the company's visibility through SEO improvements and emerging discovery channels.
- Foster a culture of autonomy and accountability within remote teams while ensuring high standards of engineering excellence.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience leading multiple engineering teams with measurable impact on acquisition and engagement.
- Strong technical background in React and front-end architecture.
- Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, analytics, and CMS-driven systems.
- Knowledge of full-stack architecture and secure software design principles.
- Experience with SEO and performance optimization, particularly via AI-driven channels.
Language Requirements: Proficiency in English is expected; knowledge of additional languages is a plus, as the company has a diverse, multilingual team.
