Position

As a Senior Enterprise Account Manager in our MENAT Enterprise Greenfield Team, you will drive digital transformations through effective engagement with C-level business and IT executives, IT leaders, architects, developers, and various lines of businesses. You will establish the company as the key cloud technology provider across the accounts you manage, promoting the entire products and services portfolio to Enterprise customers. You will empower your customers to solve challenges while attaining their business, operational, and innovation goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive digital transformation through meaningful engagement with C-level executives, IT leaders, architects, developers, and various lines of businesses within your customers.
  • Represent the entire portfolio of products and services across the accounts you manage within the Enterprise customer market segment.
  • Drive revenue and increase market share in a defined set of accounts.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and monthly revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute a plan to grow the footprint within your set of accounts.
  • Manage numerous accounts concurrently and strategically.
  • Create and articulate compelling value propositions around services.
  • Accelerate customer adoption through well-developed sales engagements and successful go-to-market strategies to achieve customer outcomes.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage contract negotiations.
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.

Work Condition
You will be a critical part of a team focused on increasing the adoption of the company by developing a set of named customers. Your responsibilities will include driving revenue, adoption, and market saturation in our largest customers, particularly those with minimal adoption and large spend potential.
