Senior Enterprise Architect (Applications & Data)

We have an immediate vacancy for a Senior Enterprise Architect (Applications & Data) professional with 11 years of experience. This role, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requires an on-site, full-time commitment, with a preference for candidates who are Arabic speakers.

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect specializing in Applications and Data to define and drive the architecture vision, ensuring alignment with business strategy, while leading the design of scalable, secure, and interoperable solutions across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain enterprise-wide applications and data architecture frameworks, standards, and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust architectural solutions.
• Design high-level application landscapes, integration patterns, data models, and data management practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., microservices, API platforms, data lakes, data mesh) and recommend adoption strategies.
• Establish governance processes to enforce architecture standards, including reviews, compliance checks, and exception management.
• Mentor and guide solution architects, data architects, and development teams on best practices and architectural principles.
• Oversee proof-of-concepts and pilot implementations to validate design approaches.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 11 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a strong focus on applications and data domains.
• Deep expertise in application integration (ESB, APIs), data modeling (relational, NoSQL), and data management tools/platforms.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex IT solutions in Agile and DevOps environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• TOGAF, ArchiMate, or equivalent architecture certification preferred.
