The NOC Senior Operations Engineer will operate in a fast-paced environment that may involve working in a command center, monitoring systems, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring optimal network performance and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Network Monitoring: Engage in eyes-on-glass monitoring of network performance and system alerts.
- Incident Response: Lead incident response efforts to quickly address and resolve network outages.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex network issues using analytical skills and technical expertise.
- System Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance checks on network systems.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and implement improvements based on network performance metrics.
- Documentation: Maintain records of network configurations, incidents, and performance reports.
- Coordination: Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure cohesive network operations.
- Training: Provide training and guidance to junior engineers on network operations and best practices.

Requirements:
