SENIOR ERP SYSTEM ANALYST

About the Role / About the Job
The company is seeking a professional to provide reliable and up-to-date technology and related ERP/IT services, with a focus on enhancing overall efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in systems analysis, workflow configuration, and implementation, specifically with Oracle Fusion ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Work with functional business units to understand their business processes, KPIs, organizational structure, and recommend/build scalable workflow solutions and reports.
• Collaborate with IT/ERP systems deployment teams for configuration changes, workflows, business process-related scripts, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports, and dashboards.
• Support administrators, department managers, super-users, and end-users in effectively utilizing IT/ERP systems functionality.
• Manage and ensure resolution for all internal IT/ERP systems-related projects, upgrades, and change requests.
• Document, maintain, and update system-level customizations and training materials.
• Assist with functional migration to new IT/ERP systems, including data conversion, data cleansing, de-duplication, and data maintenance efforts.
• Collaborate with functional teams and business partners to create and execute system test plans and facilitate user acceptance testing.
• Provide monthly reports/feedback to the Group IT Director/ERP Manager on overall IT/ERP activities.
• Perform other duties as requested by management to support teamwork as needed.

Qualifications

• SCM Applications / Fusion Technical: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably in Computer Science or Information Science) or equivalent.
• Finance / Project Applications: Chartered Accountant / CPA / CMA or a Master's Degree in Finance and Accounting.
• Certification in ERP application is preferable. Proficiency in ERP applications and adequate experience in ERP implementation is essential.
