Senior Executive - Accounts and Finance

About the Role The position is responsible for managing various accounting entries related to store operations, including cash handling, sales reconciliation, and verification of petty cash and fixed assets. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the financial accuracy of store transactions and reporting. Key Responsibilities - Ensuring timely and accurate entries of Daily Sales Summary (DSS) and petty cash. - Completing all entries and confirming sales reconciliation checks. - Verifying incentives for store staff. - Managing store credit card entries and reconciliation. - Reviewing and checking other administrative expenses, mainly related to store expenses such as water, electricity, telephone, and petty cash. - Providing necessary provision amounts for Management Information System (MIS) purposes and booking provisions monthly, including timely reversals of month-end entries.
