Senior Executive - Accounts and Finance

About the Role
This position is responsible for various financial entries and reconciliations related to store operations. The role encompasses managing store cash entries, sales reconciliations, petty cash verification, fixed asset entries, event sales, and all accounting entries to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring timely and accurate entries of DSS and petty cash, completing all entries, and conducting sales reconciliations and verifications on time.
• Verifying store staff incentives to ensure proper distribution.
• Managing store credit card entries and performing reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
• Checking and reviewing other administrative expenses, primarily related to store operations, such as water, electricity, and telephone charges. This includes providing proper provision amounts for Management Information Systems (MIS) purposes, booking provisions monthly, and executing month-end entry reversals on time.
