Responsibilities
Vendor Approval & Compliance
- Validate and approve vendor submissions in the Supplier Hub (Oracle).
- Ensure all vendor approvals comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Process Improvement & System Support
- Support system transitions and enhancements.
- Review and optimize existing procedures to improve efficiency.
Master Data Management
- Participate in master data cleanup activities.
- Validate and approve Item Master and Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) requests.
- Maintain trackers and documentation for master data.
- Drive data governance initiatives to ensure data quality and integrity.
Audit & Control
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Ensure readiness for independent audits through proper record management.
Reporting & Stakeholder Management
- Deliver timely and accurate reporting.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for approvals and data management activities.
- Engage with outsourcing partners and business teams to address queries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM), Procurement Coordination, or Procurement Administration.
- Experience with Oracle Supplier Hub preferred.
- Excellent MS Excel skills.
