Senior Executive Manager - Cybersecurity GRC & Data Protection

As a Senior Executive Manager in Cybersecurity Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Data Protection, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Cyber Security Governance, Risk & Compliance unit. Your key responsibilities will include:

   Governance Documentation & Implementation:

   • Develop and maintain a cybersecurity governance program.
   • Document and implement quality governance processes for cybersecurity initiatives, policies, and contracts.
   • Establish oversight and review processes with continuous improvement cycles.

2. Risk Management & Enhancement:

   • Design and implement a Cyber Security risk management process.
   • Analyze and evaluate current and potential risks faced by the company, ensuring proper reporting to all relevant stakeholders.
   • Develop a Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) dashboard to monitor key program metrics and statistics.

3. Compliance Monitoring & Management:

   • Maintain oversight of legal and regulatory compliance requirements.
   • Assess the efficiency of Cyber Security control systems and coordinate compliance reviews across departments.

4. Data Protection Management:

   • Serve as the Data Privacy Officer (DPO) to ensure compliance with KSA data privacy regulations.
   • Monitor and mitigate privacy risks, while ensuring compliance with applicable privacy laws.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 10-12 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills and a risk-based approach.
• Understanding of risk assessment and management methodologies.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Cybersecurity.
• Relevant certifications such as CISM, CRISC, CISA, or CIPP/GDPR/CDPSE are preferred.

Language Requirements:

• Proficiency in English is essential.
