Support the Senior Manager – Quality & Support in overseeing CAFM, IoT, and APM systems, while managing digital solutions, SharePoint, Power BI, and UBMS. Responsible for maintaining asset, contract, and performance data, and developing workflows and automations to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

  • Oversee maintenance, updates, and optimization of the CAFM system to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Manage IoT devices and infrastructure, ensuring proper integration, monitoring, and consistent functionality.
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of APM digital platforms to improve operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage and optimize UBMS processes, ensuring accurate utility tracking, reporting, and cost management.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain SharePoint sites and Power BI dashboards for reporting, performance monitoring, and management insights.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present performance management reports, including service provider performance, to track KPIs, measure service delivery effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Evaluate system performance to ensure alignment with operational goals, recommending upgrades or adjustments for improved efficiency.
  • Ensure organizational processes and documentation comply with ISO 9001 standards and internal policies, supporting audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in training, motivation, and performance evaluation of team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Assist in implementing and improving system solutions, coordinating with IT and relevant teams for smooth deployment.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Manage departmental initiatives and additional tasks as required to support strategic objectives.
