Senior Field Service Engineer

As a Senior Field Service Engineer, you will execute service work of medium to high complexity according to the company guidelines for Distributed Control Systems, specializing in 800xA with AC 800M, S+ and/or other control systems. This role is crucial for ensuring excellent customer service and enhancing operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver superior customer service to meet customer expectations and enhance satisfaction.
• Execute complex field service tasks, identify technical problems, and provide solutions through remote or on-site activities.
• Prepare and plan site work for larger project teams and supervise subcontractors and site activities.
• Identify and drive improvement actions within your area of responsibility.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in the Automation industry is essential.
• Proficiency in 800xA with AC 800M/S+ systems and experience in DCS systems, particularly in Power & Water and Oil & Gas.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in the automation service field.
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, IEC 101, IEC 104, and IEC 61850.
• Strong background in cybersecurity solutions for control systems.
• Degree in Engineering with expertise in automation systems and process applications.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in English is required.
