Senior Field Service Engineer

About the Job:
The Senior Field Service Engineer at the company is responsible for delivering technical support to customers through the commissioning, installation, and testing of high voltage products and equipment. Key responsibilities include:

• Actively participating in site activities and visiting customer locations for installation testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of HV GIS, GCB, LTB, DTB, and other equipment.
• Collaborating with the project team on PGHV projects and ensuring compliance with project management requirements.
• Coordinating with the tools management department to manage high voltage tools and utilizing test equipment effectively.
• Conducting GIS compartment assembly work, troubleshooting HV product defects, and advising on repair actions.
• Supporting service activities at the site and preparing necessary reports, activity plans, and resource requirements for project management.
• Leading contractor and subcontractor teams during job execution and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely completion of tasks.
• Upholding the company's values and reporting any safety or integrity incidents.

Location: Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 6-10 years of experience with high voltage products, electrical equipment, switchgears, and HV switchgear protection and control.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Arabic.
