This position reports to the Hub Service Manager. In this role, you will execute service work of medium to high complexity as per work instructions and the company's guidelines. Each day, you will deliver excellent customer service to satisfy customers, showcasing your expertise by identifying opportunities in the installed base to improve system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by executing service work according to customer expectations safely.
  • Create and maintain good relationships with customers and understand their needs.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and influence clients regarding the complete service portfolio.
  • Attend jobs with preparedness and professionalism while following factory-recommended procedures.
  • Maintain service tools and instruments, ensuring proper calibration.
  • Provide technical support to customers during emergencies and site visits as required.
  • Ensure good teamwork and networking within the team and across divisions.
  • Follow PCS certification requirements and complete training on time.
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction by planning and executing service work as per expectations.
  • Identify new service business opportunities for the company in cooperation with customers and other company teams.
  • Coach technicians and engineers, supervising complex site activities.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
  • More than 6 years of hands-on service experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFD).
  • Strong electrical or electronics engineering fundamental knowledge, especially in company VFD experience, product certifications, and fault diagnosis/analysis.
  • Effective spoken and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Basic computer application knowledge, including MS Office and common software for job reporting and communication.

MOSE is a specialized function within the company's Motion Services Division, focused on delivering high-quality engineering support, technical expertise, and lifecycle services for medium- and high-voltage drive systems. The team plays a critical role in commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and modernization of drive solutions across various industrial sectors, including oil & gas, utilities, and manufacturing. MOSE engineers possess strong domain knowledge in power electronics, automation, and field service operations, ensuring reliable system performance, fast response to critical issues, and continuous improvement in service delivery and operational excellence.
