In this role, you will drive proactive service solutions, resolve customer issues, and strengthen long-term relationships, making you a key contributor to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and execution of installation and commissioning activities on-site.
- Executing design modifications and offering annotations for as-built project documentation.
- Independent execution of Installation & Commissioning and Maintenance services.
- Providing technical support for installation and commissioning of GIS and routine maintenance services, identifying technical problems through remote or on-site activities in different service categories.
- Preparing documentation for pre-commissioning meetings, commissioning activities, and tendering support.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Establishing long-term customer relationships by understanding customer requirements and demonstrating in-depth technical service knowledge.
Your Background:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in an engineering field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience, with 6 to 8 years specifically in High Voltage Products or Equipment (GIS 132kV, 220kV and above) installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.
- Competence in testing & commissioning of switchgears and related components.
- Overall substation project experience from tendering through engineering or site commissioning.
- Strong computer literacy and excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Team player with the ability to build relationships internally and externally, with a focus on customer service and quality standards.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
