In this role, you will execute service work of medium to high complexity per work instructions and the company's guidelines for Distributed Control Systems, Safety Systems, and Substation Automation Systems, with expertise in 800xA with AC 800M, the company Infi90/S+, and/or other control systems. Each day, you will deliver excellent customer service to satisfy our clients, showcasing your expertise by collaborating with customers to identify opportunities for improving system and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contributing to customer satisfaction by planning and executing service work as per customer order and expectations.
- Performing complex field service tasks, identifying and resolving high-level technical problems through remote or on-site activities.
- Planning and preparing site work for larger project teams and managing related subcontractors.
- Identifying improvement needs and potential solutions and driving improvement actions.
- Taking initiatives to identify new service business opportunities for the company in cooperation with customers and other teams.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on, extensive field services experience in the automation industry is a must.
- Highly skilled in 800xA with AC800M/Symphony Plus systems, with experience in ICSS and/or PMS/SCMS automation systems in the Oil & Gas and Power & Water markets.
- Over 5 years of experience in the automation field, working with the company's control systems.
- Proficient in industrial communication protocols such as IEC 61850, Modbus, Profibus, OPC, IEC 101, IEC 104.
- Enhanced knowledge of cybersecurity solutions for control systems and industrial networking.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for customer collaboration.
- Degree in Engineering with expertise in automation and process applications.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders.
