Senior Field Service Engineer

The company Motion provides technology, products, solutions, and services to industrial customers to improve energy efficiency, safety, reliability, and process control. This role involves:

• Checking the installation and commissioning of newly installed LV drives (various models).
• Servicing faulty medium voltage and low voltage drives, ordering and replacing faulty parts, and reporting warranty cases.
• Performing preventive maintenance of different types of drives.
• Sizing and selecting LV and MV drives based on customer specifications.
• Reporting customer satisfaction levels and contributing to product promotion and sales.
• Engineering system interfaces for upgrades and retrofitting projects.
• Conducting root cause analysis for customer failures, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting MV variable frequency drives.

Qualifications for the Role

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in installation, testing, commissioning, and servicing of LV and MV Drives.
• Fluent in English is required.
