Senior Field Service Engineer

As a Senior Field Service Engineer, you will execute service work of medium to high complexity, specifically involving Distributed Control Systems, Safety Systems, and Substation Automation Systems. Your role will include delivering exceptional customer service, contributing to customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to improve system performance.

You will work closely with customers and internal teams to execute service work according to the company guidelines and customer expectations. Your daily responsibilities include performing complex field service tasks, diagnosing high-level technical issues, planning site work, coaching technicians, and finding new service business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering services aligned with customer orders and expectations.
• Perform complex field service tasks and resolve high-level technical problems.
• Manage site activities, plan work for larger projects, and supervise subcontractors.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in workflows and products.

Qualifications:

• Extensive hands-on field service experience in the Automation industry is essential.
• Deep knowledge of the company 800xA with AC800M/Symphony Plus and experience with ICSS and/or PMS/SCMS automation systems.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the automation field, particularly related to the company control systems.
• Proficient in industrial communication protocols, including IEC 61850, Modbus, and more.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for customer collaboration.
• A degree in Engineering with expertise in automation systems in the Oil & Gas and Power & Water markets.
• Proficiency in English is required.
