What You’ll Work On
Clinical Support:
- Provide support inside the EP Lab for cases, offering high-level service and product understanding to customers and prospective customers.
- Deliver educational and training support, including on-site clinical training for physicians and medical personnel.
- Represent the company as a competent resource in alignment with client and company objectives.
- Involve in the demonstration, setup, testing, and servicing of products for diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment of arrhythmias.
Sales Support:
- Manage the EP business in a specific region, consistently following up on revenue targets and financial metrics.
- Monitor inventory and logistical tasks while aligning with company vision to implement strategies effectively.
- Facilitate new product launches and ensure team education and certification.
- Supervise full-time employees and track their assigned work.
- Support sales and marketing teams in product setup and demonstration, including developing and presenting sales proposals.
- Provide timely technical support and maintain effective professional relationships with physicians and EP Lab personnel.
Accountability / Scope / Budget
- Cultivate a wide range of internal networks and begin developing external resources.
- Demonstrate basic project management skills, possibly leading well-defined projects and guiding less experienced staff.
- Plan, organize, and prioritize daily work to meet established schedules, exercising authority and judgment to determine appropriate actions while managing potential impacts on resource allocation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in medical sciences.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a clinical or healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of business concepts, procedures, and practices with adherence to quality system environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a flexible and disciplined approach to teamwork.
