This role involves providing end-to-end financial support that drives the company to be the low-cost provider in cloud computing while leading in customer experience. You will support business owners in building, operating, and innovating our cloud datacenters, and collaborate with operations, business development, and engineering teams. Your financial analysis will enable management to make breakthrough decisions, drive cash flow, and ultimately delight our customers. Key Job Responsibilities - Serve as a key business partner to regional company management and other internal stakeholders to provide financial recommendations. - Report weekly and monthly financial and operating metrics. - Manage the financial planning process, including modeling, analyzing, and forecasting metrics that drive budgeting, forecasting, and business decisions. - Be an integral member of the monthly financial close process; perform ad-hoc projects and analysis as needed. - Analyze business results for key takeaways to achieve business objectives. - Monitor compliance with controls and systems, developing new processes to support the fast-growing global company business. - Prepare detailed financial models for business segments, drive business initiatives, and identify, implement, and deliver key operational efficiencies. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in accounting, information systems, finance, or equivalent. - Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses. - Experience in financial modeling, P&L management, or analysis. - Experience creating process improvements through automation and analysis. - Proven ability to identify, lead, and execute opportunities to improve, automate, standardize, or simplify finance or business tools and processes. - Experience in commercial finance business partnering or FP&A, or equivalent experience in finance roles. Preferred Qualifications - MBA or CPA. - Experience participating in continuous improvement projects within your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results. - Experience with advanced SQL for data mining and business intelligence.
