Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the MEA finance data strategy aligned with the company's global data vision.
- Drive accountability for finance data quality across various business units and functional teams.
- Monitor Finance Data KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct root-cause analyses of systemic data quality issues and implement corrective action plans.
- Support the Finance Data Steward community and governance network across MEA.
- Participate in strategic transformation programs, ensuring data readiness and business adoption of analytics platforms.
- Influence stakeholders and drive change management initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Experience in a complex international and multicultural environment.
