About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Specialist to join our finance team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this full-time position, you will deliver accounting and reporting for our legal entities, working closely with the CFO and bringing technical expertise in IFRS, treasury, tax, and external audit.

What You'll Do
- Deliver month-end and year-end closing and prepare IFRS financial statements for assigned entities.
- Apply IFRS to key areas such as revenue (IFRS 15), leases (IFRS 16), and financial instruments (IFRS 9).
- Maintain rolling cash flow forecasts and coordinate banking operations, payments, and bank guarantees.
- Prepare and coordinate VAT, withholding tax, Zakat, and corporate income tax filings in line with ZATCA requirements.
- Coordinate external audits with international audit firms, including Big Four firms.
- Oversee Order-to-Cash and Purchase-to-Pay activities, payroll accounting, and financial controls.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation of finance processes and systems.
What You Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting and financial reporting, preferably in a multinational or multi-entity environment.
- Solid hands-on IFRS reporting and closing experience.
- Practical exposure to tax, treasury, and external audits.
- Advanced Excel and ERP experience; strong English communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Big Four audit background or direct experience working with Big Four auditors.
- SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CA qualification.
- Experience in technology or project-based businesses.
- Arabic or Finnish language skills.
