Location: Dubai, UAE (in-office/on-site)

Position Details
We are seeking Senior / Mid-level Financial Technology Engineers to help scale out our core market data and trading infrastructure. Responsibilities include adding new high-performance order gateways and market data connectors in C++ or Rust, as well as improving and rewriting existing core systems and protocols. Our applications are primarily written in C, Rust, and Python, and we aim to optimize our infrastructure for increasing market volumes and lower latencies.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in C++ / Rust and Python
• Experience in financial markets trading
• Background working on large, complex systems with multiple components
• Knowledge of high-performance message-passing and IPC protocols
• Familiarity with Linux-based environments

Nice to Have:

• High-Frequency Trading (HFT) experience
• Experience designing trading algorithms
• Familiarity with DevOps/AWS
• Django experience

• Self-starter, eager to learn and experiment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to turn product/design concepts into reality
• Experience in software product lifecycle management

• Comfort working in a growth-stage startup, balancing responsiveness to customer needs and iterative product development
