Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customer teams to ensure successful implementation and outcomes.
- Extend product capabilities by developing scalable data pipelines, APIs, and components.
- Work closely with the reinforcement learning (RL) pipeline development team to improve self-learning algorithms.
- Shape product strategy and roadmap through technical insights.
- Provide ongoing technical expertise for measurable outcomes and long-term customer success.
Who You Are:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field required; Master’s or PhD preferred.
- Experience: 3–5+ years in roles such as Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer, preferably in customer-facing environments.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Python (Pandas) and core ML libraries (TensorFlow, Keras, scikit-learn). Skilled in SQL and machine learning pipelines.
- Best Practices: Ability to write well-structured, documented code and follow strong development practices (Git, CI/CD).
- Customer Collaborator: Comfortable working with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Entrepreneurial Problem Solver: Proficient in identifying opportunities, troubleshooting obstacles, and innovating solutions.
- Continuous Learner: Keeps updated with industry trends and thrives in growth-oriented environments.
- Communication Skills: Able to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
