Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the deployment, configuration, integration, and extension of the company's products and platforms.
- Own end-to-end technical delivery from discovery to production rollout.
- Design and develop targeted extensions, connectors, workflows, prototypes, and reusable components.
- Partner with customer stakeholders to understand business challenges, workflows, and technical constraints, translating requirements into viable technical solutions.
- Develop, review, and maintain production-quality software, APIs, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across applications, ensuring deployed solutions are secure and reliable.
- Provide structured feedback to influence product priorities and technical improvements.
- Develop playbooks and best practices to improve delivery efficiency.
- Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Travel to customer locations as required to support project delivery.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 7–10 years in software engineering or customer-facing technical roles.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong programming experience with Python, Java, Go, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript or similar.
- Proven expertise in developing software, APIs, integrations, and distributed applications.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled solutions and modern software engineering practices.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI, analytics, or enterprise software platforms within large-scale organizations.
- Familiarity with cloud-native technologies, containerization, and DevOps practices.
- Relevant certifications in cloud, AI, or software engineering.
