You will rapidly prototype solutions, debug production issues on-site, and transform evolving client requirements into practical, high-quality technical implementations. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into working solutions
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) or Python (FastAPI) for backend services
- Build React.js/Next.js-based front-end interfaces, ensuring responsive and seamless user experiences
- Design and manage PostgreSQL databases, including schema design and query optimization
- Deploy and maintain applications on Microsoft Azure, leveraging cloud-native capabilities for scalability and security
- Rapidly prototype features to validate concepts and accelerate decision-making
- Debug and resolve production issues under tight timelines while ensuring system stability
- Deliver in agile/hybrid methodologies while maintaining clear documentation and knowledge transfer
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering client-facing software engineering projects, preferably in embedded roles
- Strong proficiency in Java with Spring Boot and/or Python with FastAPI frameworks
- Hands-on experience with React.js/Next.js front-end development
- Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and relational database design principles
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills in a consultative, fast-paced setting
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field
