G42 is seeking an experienced, self-driven Senior Frontend Engineer with a strong blend of technical vision and domain expertise to translate business requirements into profitable, AI-driven technology solutions. Based in Abu Dhabi, G42 operates in the artificial intelligence and cloud computing sectors, delivering scalable solutions to a diverse range of commercial and government clients. Our operations span multiple industries, including Healthcare, Government, Smart City & Smart Mobility, Oil & Gas, Fintech, Geospatial, Aviation, Cloud Computing, Big Data Analytics, and Sports.
Responsibilities:
- Review application requirements and interface designs.
- Identify web-based user interactions.
- Develop and implement highly responsive user interface components using React concepts.
- Write application interface codes using JavaScript following React.js workflows.
- Troubleshoot interface software and debug application codes.
- Develop and implement front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.
- Monitor and improve front-end performance.
- Document application changes and develop updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience working as a React.js developer.
- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
- Familiarity with REACT tools including Angular, React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.
- Experience in user interface design.
- Clear understanding of cloud-native solutions and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of performance testing frameworks such as Mocha and Jest.
- Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
