Role Overview:
In this role, you will focus on system reliability and product impact, embodying a commitment to operational excellence while working autonomously. You will design and implement a resilient Web App, ensuring optimal features like Optimistic UI and reliable data synchronization for connectivity-challenged environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Decisions: Design, implement, and optimize a resilient Web App.
- Feature Delivery: Develop data and map-driven interfaces with real-time operations visibility.
- Workflow Integration: Create visual UI components like a Workflow Designer to define robot lifecycles.
- Technical Stewardship: Establish frontend performance, security, accessibility, and observability standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering Leadership, and DevSecOps teams.
- Engineering Culture: Mentor engineers, lead code reviews, and promote a culture of excellence.
Qualifications:
- Experience & Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant fields, with 5+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in TypeScript and Next.js or React.
- Real-Time Data & Integrations: Proven experience with high-frequency real-time data streams and scalable state management.
- Mindset & Execution: Capable of navigating ambiguity and managing technical debt while ensuring code quality.
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to deliver high-quality code with minimal defects and collaborate effectively.
- Complementary Expertise: Familiarity with backend languages (Java, Kotlin, Python, Rust, Ruby, or Go) and cloud environments (AWS, Kubernetes).
Language Requirements:
Fluency in Business English is essential.
