We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Frontend) who prioritizes system reliability and product impact. You will be responsible for developing a responsive Web App adhering to Progressive Web App (PWA) standards, serving as the primary interface for the CoreConnect ecosystem. We value engineers who work autonomously, with technical pragmatism and a commitment to operational excellence, demonstrating ownership and comfort in navigating ambiguity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Decisions: Design, implement, and optimize a resilient Web App ensuring PWA features like Optimistic UI and data synchronization.
- Feature Delivery: Develop data-driven interfaces providing real-time operational views.
- Workflow Integration: Create UI components for defining robot, order, and mission lifecycles.
- Technical Stewardship: Define standards for frontend performance, security, accessibility, and observability.
- Navigating Ambiguity: Translate product goals into technical requirements and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering Leadership, and DevSecOps to build high-quality solutions.
- Engineering Culture: Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Experience & Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant fields with 5+ years of software engineering experience, focusing on TypeScript and Next.js or React.
- Real-Time Data & Integrations: Experience managing real-time data streams and integrating complex APIs.
- Mindset & Execution: Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and manage technical debt.
- Security & Quality: Strong focus on software quality, security best practices, and automated testing experience.
- Collaboration: Ability to interpret technical requirements and deliver high-quality code.
- Complementary Expertise: Proficiency in backend languages and experience with cloud environments (AWS, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Industry Experience: Background in logistics, robotics, or fleet management systems.
- Communication: Fluency in Business English is required.
