Senior Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Node.js and React.js to join our Software Engineering team supporting enterprise business platforms and in-house application development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable, enterprise-grade full stack applications using React.js for frontend development and Node.js for backend services. This role offers an opportunity to work on modern enterprise applications, AI-driven solutions, and digital transformation initiatives within a fast-paced engineering environment.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade full stack applications using React.js and Node.js.
• Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance in-house applications for business platforms and enterprise systems.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js.
• Develop responsive and reusable frontend components using React.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, Architecture, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following modern software engineering standards.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint activities.

Required Technical Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Full Stack software development.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and application development lifecycle.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and Node.js.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with Generative AI (GenAI) applications using Node.js.
• Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks and AI-powered application development.
• Experience integrating LLM-based capabilities into enterprise applications.
• Understanding of AI-assisted development workflows and modern AI engineering practices will be an added advantage.
