Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Full Stack applications using Node.js and React.js.
- Build secure, high-performance backend services and microservices using Node.js and Express.js.
- Develop responsive and reusable frontend applications using React.js, Redux, and TypeScript.
- Design and implement Generative AI-powered solutions leveraging modern LLM technologies and frameworks.
- Build and integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and intelligent AI workflows.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers, and Software Engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Ensure application scalability, performance, security, and maintainability following software engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across Full Stack and AI-enabled applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and system design skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong understanding of scalable and distributed application architectures.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced Agile delivery environments.
- Passion for continuous learning and emerging technologies.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Banking or Financial Services environments.
- Exposure to Digital Transformation initiatives and enterprise-scale application development.
- Contributions to open-source Full Stack or Generative AI projects will be considered an added advantage.
