Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Node.js and React.js.
- Build secure, high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Develop responsive and reusable frontend components using React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript practices.
- Design and implement scalable enterprise-grade solutions across business platforms and enterprise systems.
- Leverage Generative AI tools and AI-assisted coding practices to improve development productivity and code quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring application performance and reliability.
- Follow software engineering best practices including clean code, testing, documentation, and CI/CD processes.
- Take complete ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables from requirement analysis through production deployment.
- Continuously identify opportunities for engineering improvements and process optimization.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience developing scalable enterprise applications.
- Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Git and version control systems.
- Strong understanding of Agile and modern software development methodologies.
- Hands-on experience working with Generative AI-assisted development tools and workflows.
- Experience using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, and ChatGPT.
- Understanding of prompt engineering concepts for software development.
- Ability to leverage AI tools to improve engineering productivity, code quality, and development efficiency.
