About The Role:
Are you an experienced and technically strong Full Stack Developer with a passion for building scalable, high-performance digital platforms? This dynamic role will be accountable for leading the design, development, and delivery of our web and digital applications.
In this role, you'll help shape the airline’s digital foundation, delivering modern, secure, and user-centric digital experiences that support business growth and customer engagement across all channels. You will drive application and platform enhancements by analyzing current systems, identifying improvement opportunities, and defining future state solutions aligned with our strategy.
You will work closely with Product, UI/UX, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration with backend systems, APIs, and third-party platforms while maintaining high standards of performance, security, and reliability. This is a unique opportunity to influence the company's digital transformation and play a key role in building one of the aviation industry’s most advanced, technology-driven airline platforms.
About You:
Degree qualified, with a minimum of 7 years of full stack software development experience focused on large-scale web applications, enterprise platforms, or complex digital ecosystems. You will have hands-on experience across modern front-end and back-end technologies, API-driven and headless architectures, and cloud-native platforms.
A strong track record of working closely with Product, UI/UX, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable digital capabilities is essential. You should have strong analytical instincts and the ability to translate business, user, and technical requirements into well-architected solutions and clear delivery roadmaps.
Your ability to take ownership of complex technical initiatives, ensure operational excellence, and drive continuous improvement will contribute to your success in this role. Experience in high-traffic e-commerce environments and exposure to Adobe Experience Manager, modern CMS ecosystems, or transitioning from legacy systems to modern architectures is highly desirable.
