Position

The company is seeking an experienced Senior Fullstack Magento Developer to join our e-commerce development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust Magento-based applications to support our e-commerce operations. This role will focus on rewriting and optimizing legacy projects developed by third parties, ensuring adherence to Magento standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the development/product team to discuss and implement e-commerce solutions.
  • Review and analyze requirements, designs, and third-party integrations for Magento-based projects.
  • Rewrite and refactor projects developed by third parties to align with Magento best practices and standards.
  • Develop custom modules and extend Magento functionality using the Magento API.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Magento-based applications for performance and scalability.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and maintain code integrity.
  • Maintain and improve integrations with third-party services such as payment gateways, CRMs, and marketing platforms.
  • Document development processes, configurations, and best practices for team collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Magento 2 Developer, with a minimum of 5 years in e-commerce application development.
  • Strong knowledge of Magento 2 architecture, including module development and customizations.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and related tools (e.g., Bitbucket pipelines, GitLab CI/CD).
  • Hands-on experience with Magento performance optimization techniques.
  • Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Magento Certified Developer.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Familiarity with Progressive Web Applications (PWA) and Magento PWA Studio.
