Responsibilities:
- Maintain meticulous records and inventory of all gaming equipment, including cards, dice, roulette wheels, and auxiliary items.
- Ensure gaming tables are equipped appropriately and in optimal condition through direct observation and communication with relevant personnel.
- Coordinate and plan the replacement of obsolete equipment, maintaining detailed records of the process.
- Manage orders for gaming equipment and perform various administrative tasks as directed by supervisors.
- Coordinate and supervise staff, organize workflows, evaluate employee performance, and provide motivation and coaching.
- Conduct data analysis and generate comprehensive reports for line management, including KPIs related to equipment maintenance and performance.
- Provide daily activity reports to direct managers to ensure clear communication.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in gaming operations or a warehouse environment.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to effectively navigate various software applications.
- Exceptional presentation skills with the capacity to convey information clearly and persuasively.
- Outstanding organizational skills and keen attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially under pressure.
