Position

The Senior Gaming Equipment Administrator is responsible for maintaining evidence and records of all gaming equipment, ensuring quantity and quality control, and reporting on stock control. This role includes overseeing equipment storage, organizing daily tasks for the team, providing coaching and training to employees, and creating workflows and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relevant to business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain meticulous records and inventory of all gaming equipment, including cards, dice, roulette wheels, and auxiliary items.
  • Ensure gaming tables are equipped appropriately and in optimal condition through direct observation and communication with relevant personnel.
  • Coordinate and plan the replacement of obsolete equipment, maintaining detailed records of the process.
  • Manage orders for gaming equipment and perform various administrative tasks as directed by supervisors.
  • Coordinate and supervise staff, organize workflows, evaluate employee performance, and provide motivation and coaching.
  • Conduct data analysis and generate comprehensive reports for line management, including KPIs related to equipment maintenance and performance.
  • Provide daily activity reports to direct managers to ensure clear communication.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in gaming operations or a warehouse environment.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong computer literacy with the ability to effectively navigate various software applications.
  • Exceptional presentation skills with the capacity to convey information clearly and persuasively.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and keen attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially under pressure.
