The Opportunity

We are looking for ambitious individuals to help drive and support this change while learning about the intricacies of working with diverse clients in a challenging yet rewarding environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant, your role will include:
- Making a technical contribution to clients in a lead capacity across both financial and non-financial service sectors.
- Actively establishing, maintaining, and strengthening internal and external relationships.
- Executing complex assurance procedures and supervising junior team members.
- Defining strategy and executing work under the supervision of an assurance manager and senior manager while presenting findings to clients.
- Anticipating and identifying risks and escalating issues as necessary.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure proper execution, documentation, and compliance with Quality & Risk Management (Q&RM) guidelines.
- Contributing to a positive learning culture by coaching and counseling junior team members.

To Qualify for This Role, You Must Have
- A strong academic record, including a degree.
- A professional accountancy qualification or currently working towards one.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Familiarity with IFRS and local GAAP standards.
- Understanding of risk-based auditing and risk and control strategies.
- Knowledge of Q&RM procedures and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- A track record with a leading audit firm.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
- Proficiency in the Arabic language.
