Responsibilities
- Design and program water-focused databases tailored for specific water resource projects.
- Utilize advanced GIS and CAD software platforms to develop water infrastructure solutions and conduct spatial analyses.
- Direct Level I and II GIS Specialists on water-related projects, managing overall project or task responsibilities.
- Execute and deliver GIS projects in the water sector, including water system mapping, watershed analysis, and infrastructure planning.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in water resources engineering, water infrastructure development, or related water sector projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or an equivalent engineering discipline.
- Advanced proficiency in GIS software (ArcGIS or equivalent) and CAD platforms (AutoCAD or similar).
- Expertise in water-focused database design, programming, and management.
- Proven experience with water distribution systems, stormwater management, watershed analysis, and hydrological modeling.
- Strong project management skills, with experience leading moderate to complex water infrastructure initiatives.
- Proficiency in spatial analysis, data visualization, and technical documentation for water sector applications.
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior GIS/CAD professionals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Resources Management, or GIS.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or GIS certification (GISP).
- Experience with water utility management systems and SCADA integration.
- Knowledge of water quality monitoring systems and environmental compliance standards.
- Familiarity with hydrological analysis software and modeling tools.
- Experience with cloud-based GIS platforms and enterprise database systems.

Work Location Model
This position requires on-site attendance at the primary location in KSA - Duba, Tabuk, Street Prince Kha.
