Responsibilities
- Design and manage overarching smart governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with data protection regulations, public sector accountability, and ethical AI deployment.
- Lead the development of robust business cases, financial models, and funding acquisition strategies (including public grants, private investment, and municipal budgeting) for large-scale urban innovation projects.
- Advise city leaders and commercial stakeholders on viable operating models, value realization, and long-term asset management for digital infrastructure.
- Cultivate and manage high-level partnerships across municipal authorities, private tech providers, academic institutions, and local communities.
