Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging designs across various channels, including digital marketing, landing pages, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate project goals into effective design solutions.
- Deliver polished, high-quality assets that meet deadlines and project requirements.
- Maintain consistency with the company's brand identity across all design touchpoints.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while effectively prioritizing tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior-level graphic design role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Excellent visual design skills and acute attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design concepts clearly.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design trends and motion graphics, particularly in marketing and digital content.
- Solid understanding of platform-specific design requirements and best practices.
- Experience designing digital landing pages with a strong grasp of UI/UX principles.
- Prior experience in e-commerce design is a plus.
