What You Will Do

Own the Visual Language
Translate the company's world, including Physical Intelligence, Ana, Boston Dynamics Spot, and the Abu Dhabi desert, into a dynamic visual system. You will manage typography, color, composition, iconography, and motion principles, effectively writing the brand guide rather than merely maintaining it. Your design decisions will be rooted in what the company builds and who it serves.

Shape the Work the World Sees
Lead the design execution across brand and marketing touchpoints, including campaign visuals, keynote decks, event identities, social content, product launches, investor materials, and partner communications. You will create outputs that reflect the standard of a company aiming to define a category.

Build for Ana and the Product World
Design with and around Ana, the company's central intelligence, which is envisioned as a character rather than a dashboard. You will create a coherent visual canon for Ana that translates across various formats, including illustrated environments, graphic frameworks, editorial treatments, and campaign identities.

Drive Craft at Every Scale
Pay meticulous attention to detail, caring about design elements’ placement as much as you do about the headline text. You will understand the nuances of typography, composition, and visual clarity, ensuring that every design survives scrutiny.
What You Will Bring
- 6 to 10 years of graphic design experience, with a portfolio showcasing a genuine and consistent point of view.
- Mastery of typography and an intentional approach towards type decisions, with the ability to defend each choice made.
- Deep proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, demonstrating speed and cleanliness in your work.
- Experience designing for both digital and physical formats, including screens, print, and environmental stages, understanding how design changes depending on format.
- Proven capability to build and extend visual systems rather than simply execute within existing frameworks.
- A strong point of view on what makes a brand feel inevitable rather than pieced together.
Nice to Have
- Experience with motion design or the ability to art direct motion without executing it yourself.
- A background in technology, robotics, or science brands where visual intelligence is paramount.
- Familiarity with AI image and video generation tools as a creative instrument, rather than a shortcut.
- Arabic language literacy or experience designing for bilingual brand contexts.
