This role is key to overseeing the creative design function for TRYANO, particularly as the brand embarks on a rebranding journey and prepares to launch a new website in 2026. Responsibilities:
- Brand & Campaign Design: Lead the graphic design direction for major campaign launches and translate brand strategy into compelling visual identities. Oversee campaign design, creating strong visual narratives without photoshoots.
- Digital & Social Media: Create high-quality digital assets for social media, email marketing, paid ads, and the e-commerce platform. Develop motion graphics and optimize visual assets for various platforms.
- Packaging & Print Design: Conceptualize luxury packaging and design event invitations and seasonal collateral. Collaborate with print suppliers for flawless outputs.
- Retail & Visual Merchandising: Create impactful in-store visuals and collaborate with visual merchandising teams on asset adaptations.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor a team of designers and partner with various teams to deliver integrated creative solutions that embody the luxury positioning of TRYANO.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Experience: 3–5 years in graphic design, with at least 1 year in a senior role within luxury, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industries.
- Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and experience creating digital content.
- Creative Edge: Strong skills in visual storytelling and a portfolio showcasing high-impact campaigns.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage and inspire a creative team.
- Innovation: Skills in motion graphics and emerging digital tools; 3D and AR/VR experience are a plus.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to blend creativity with business objectives.
