What You'll Be Doing:
- Create visually appealing designs for Client presentations and Higher Management reports.
- Develop branding assets such as logos, typography, color palettes, and style guides.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into creative design solutions.
- Work directly with the Reports Manager to enhance clarity and consistency in submitted reports, presentations, and text.
- Design and produce complex, reproduction-ready graphics including brochures, flyers, charts, diagrams, and tables. Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to deliver innovative solutions.
- Craft comprehensive reports and project progress presentations that align with brand standards and technical requirements, applying user-centered design principles to promote clarity, accessibility, and stakeholder engagement.
- Serve as the central figure alongside the Reports Manager in creating monthly, weekly, and ad-hoc reports, and progress presentations.
- Collaborate with consultants and clients to interpret briefs and transform complex project data into engaging digital presentations using customized Microsoft PowerPoint.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), MS Office suite, and other relevant tools.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
- Working knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- Experience in motion graphics and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
