Your Challenges:
- Develop the design rationale and explain visual choices to cross-functional teams both verbally and visually.
- Produce high-quality visual designs, including icons, graphics, and marketing materials for desktop, web, and mobile devices across various resolutions.
- Create designs that emphasize our brand, reflect our voice, and inject beauty and life into our products.
- Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines to ensure consistent and cohesive visual representation across all platforms.
- Lay out mockups and wireframes for app screens and web pages.
- Collaborate with the Copywriting team to create cohesive designs that amplify the verbal message.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in design, UI, and UX.
- Share insights and innovations with the team to continuously improve our design processes and final products.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on design work produced by junior team members.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design.
- BA/BS in Design (e.g., Human-computer Interaction, Graphic, Visual Communication, Product, or Industrial Design) or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with design systems that work across complex products.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom.
- Strong core skills in establishing visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and color effectively to organize information and guide users through tasks.
- Ability to create style guides for cross-functional use.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
