Senior Graphics Specialist

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Graphics Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will get to work in a young and dynamic team for the delivery of creative design and engineering projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Prepare and design high-quality reports, boards, and presentations of master planning, landscape architecture, and infrastructure design projects.
• Develop layouts to the highest quality to graphically represent the design works.
• Develop creative graphical sections to show the design intent at a variety of scales.
• Create sketch renders to demonstrate the space and scale of a design at the early stages of concept development.

Requirements

• Expert understanding of graphical software, including but not limited to: Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up, Lumion, etc.
• Ability to multitask and work across teams within the studio.
• Solid communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to translate outline sketch ideas into workable scales and spaces using modelling software.
• Self-motivation, working as part of a team but also capable of working independently.
• Minimum of 5+ years of continuous employment within the field of Architecture and Engineering Design.
• Bachelor of Visual Communications, Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or related field.

Desired Skills

• Willingness to develop and further graphical skills and techniques for the enhancement of digital design presentations.
• Ability to hand sketch in plan, section, and 3D.
• Relevant professional qualifications and affiliation.
