What You'll Be Doing:
- Prepare and design high-quality reports, boards, and presentations of master planning, landscape architecture, and infrastructure design projects.
- Develop layouts to the highest quality to graphically represent the design works.
- Develop creative graphical sections to show the design intent at a variety of scales.
- Create sketch renders to demonstrate the space and scale of a design at the early stages of concept development.
Requirements
- Expert understanding of graphical software, including but not limited to: Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up, Lumion, etc.
- Ability to multitask and work across teams within the studio.
- Solid communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to translate outline sketch ideas into workable scales and spaces using modelling software.
- Self-motivation, working as part of a team but also capable of working independently.
- Minimum of 5+ years of continuous employment within the field of Architecture and Engineering Design.
- Bachelor of Visual Communications, Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or related field.
Desired Skills
- Willingness to develop and further graphical skills and techniques for the enhancement of digital design presentations.
- Ability to hand sketch in plan, section, and 3D.
